Pavilion with Cooking Amenities

Our large pavilion is one of the central features of Camp Sacandaga and is perfect for event hosting. It comes complete with a stove, refrigerator and grills that allow you to prepare and serve food easily, ensuring your guests are well-fed and happy throughout your event. The pavilion provides a covered space where guests can gather, eat, and socialize making it an ideal centerpiece for any event.

The Large Hoop Shelter

Weather can sometimes be unpredictable, but that doesn’t mean your event has to come to a halt. Our large hoop shelter offers plenty of space for indoor activities, games and gatherings, so your event can continue uninterrupted, no matter the weather. With the pavilion and hoop shelter, you’ll have plenty of options to keep your guests entertained, fed, and comfortable, no matter what the weather brings.

Accommodations for Your Event

In addition to our event facilities, Camp Sacandaga offers ample room for tent camping as well as on-site accommodations with our two rustic glamping cabins, Kristina’s Cabin and Anthony’s Cabin. These cabins provide comfortable lodging options for event organizers, close family members or special guests who want to stay overnight.

With plenty of space for tent camping as well as 2 available glamping cabins, close family members or event organizers can stay on-site, making your reunion even more convenient and special.

With space for up to 100 people, your festival can thrive in a natural, serene environment. In addition to our elevated covered stage there is also room for additional stages and booths around the grounds, in addition to large pavilion for food prep and service. The hoop shelter provides ample space for performances, bands and demonstrations so you can keep the festival spirit alive, even if the weather takes a turn.

Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties

For those looking to celebrate with close friends in an intimate, outdoor setting, Camp Sacandaga is a fantastic venue for bachelor or bachelorette parties. Host a weekend of outdoor activities, with ATV rides, pontoon boat excursions, or off-roading adventures on the agenda, and then relax around the fire pit or enjoy a BBQ at the pavilion.
